  • Midweek coaching

From the 20th August we will be having midweek coaching on a Thursday evening from 7.30pm. This is the same evening as the senior sides so will be a good opportunity to mix with the rest of the club. Midweek coaching will become an important part of our season so please attend whenever possible.
  • Law changes

Get on the RFU and Surrey Rugby websites and familiarise yourself with what is happening. Some ELV’s have become Law and at Under 16 level the game becomes more like the senior version. Amongst other things, matches are longer and there is lifting in the line-outs. With limited time at coaching sessions we do not have time to cover these changes. Please do your homework.
  • New Players

With two sets of league fixtures to fulfil we will inevitably need more players. The last thing that we want to happen is to pull out from a league fixture due to lack of players. So tell your mates and encourage more guys to come along.

It is critical that you keep Coaches & Manager aware of anything that you are allergic to - particularly if reactive pens / syringes / medication are required.
If you are an Asthma sufferer - you must have your "puffer" with you - (not in changing room).
Please remember it is your responsibility to arrive suitably equipped for playing rugby. This includes gum-shields and boots with the correct studs in good condition. Tracksuits with zips and such like are not suitable for playing rugby.
